1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Denys Yavorskyi ("I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use HART: Habit & Routine Tracker ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information I Collect

Information you provide:

• Email address and password (for account creation)
• Display name
• Profile avatar (optional, Pro users only)
• Habit names, descriptions, and completion data you enter

Information collected automatically:

• Device type and operating system (via Expo/RevenueCat)
• Purchase and subscription status (via RevenueCat)
• Push notification token (only if you enable notifications)

• To create and manage your account
• To sync your habits across devices (Pro users)
• To process and manage your subscription via RevenueCat
• To send push notifications (only if you enable them)
• To provide customer support

4. Data Storage

• Free tier data is stored locally on your device using SQLite
• Pro tier data is synced to secure cloud servers via Supabase, hosted in data centers that comply with industry-standard security practices
• Payment processing is handled entirely by RevenueCat and Apple/Google — I never see or store your payment information

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication
• RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) — subscription management
• Expo (expo.dev) — app infrastructure and push notifications
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active
• You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the App: Profile → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This action is immediate and irreversible — all your habits, completions, profile information, and authentication records will be permanently removed from my servers.
• Local device data can also be deleted by uninstalling the App

9. Children's Privacy

HART is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, please contact me at deniusproductions@gmail.com.

10. Your Rights (Canadian Users — PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for data collection by deleting your account
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

I take reasonable steps to protect your information using industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and no storage of payment data.

12. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
